Continuous Singles - Paper noted in table below.

Continuous Multi-part - Paper & Carbon - Base price 12lb. / 15 lb. bond and AOC black medium carbon. Carbonless: MeadWestvaco® Black Image Trans Rite.

Paper Color - The following paper colors are available on all papers: Canary, Pink, Blue, Green, Buff and Goldenrod.

Minimum Dollar Value & Quantity

Minimums are based on dollar amounts and quantity. This minimum will vary depending on number of parts and number of ink colors. It will automatically be reflected in your quoted price. Minimum quantity is 1,000.

Combinations

Both dimensions of the form must be the same to combine.

Single part continuous and multi-part continuous cannot be combined.

Depths: 3 1/2", 3 2/3", 4 1/4", 5 1/2", 5 2/3", 6", 7", 7 1/3", 8", 8 1/2", 11", 12", 14", and 17". 22" is also available if form can be folded at half it's total depth.

Widths: Minimum 6 1/2" - Maximum 14 7/8"

Maximum of six parts.

Construction

Crimping and Computerized Intermittent Gluing available in both margins.

Price will be higher if glued margin cannot also be crimped.

Numbering

One position only, crash on collator.

No missing numbers available at an up-charge.
